When you place a preorder, you’re reserving product that’s on the way to us. Preorders are charged at the time of purchase to lock in your item.

Estimated ship dates are provided by our vendors and are subject to change. We’ll always do our best to keep things updated, but timing can shift based on production and shipping.

We’ll keep you in the loop and reach out with any major updates or delays as we get them.

Need to cancel? No problem. You can cancel your preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method.

Once your order ships, it falls under our standard return policy.
