Dynafit Tigard 97

Dynafit Tigard 97

The Dynafit Tigard 97 is a do-it-all alpine touring ski that handles groomers, powder and tricky backcountry descents. A 97mm waist, Carbon Speed Stringer and Hybrid Core give it predictable, versatile performance from the resort to the backcountry.

Why We Carry It

This is the ski under our AT demo rental package, because it handles just about everything and is easy to ski. It is our go-to recommendation for a one-ski touring setup.

Highlights

• 97mm waist: Floats in soft snow and holds an edge on firm snow without being too wide to tour.
• Carbon Speed Stringer: Adds torsional stiffness and snap without much weight.
• Hybrid Core: Lively feel with the damping you want in variable snow.
• Full sidewall: Strong edge grip and durability on firm snow and groomers.
• Single radius sidecut: Easy, predictable turn shape across changing terrain.
• Tip and tail rocker: Easier turn starts in soft snow while holding on firm snow.
• Light for a sidewall ski: From 1,090 g at 158 cm.
• Made in Europe: Backed by the Dynafit Lifetime Guarantee.

Best For

Skiers who want one ski for resort laps, backcountry tours and powder days. Great for skinning up and skiing down at Monarch Mountain.
