Voile Vector Ace Ski
The Vector Ace takes Voile's classic 94mm touring ski and adds carbon and a sidewall for a damper, more confident ride on the way down. Made in Utah and built to work with tech, frame and telemark bindings.
Why We Carry It
The Vector has been a do it all touring ski for years, and the Ace version keeps the light weight while skiing noticeably smoother in variable snow. It is a great one ski quiver for our local backcountry.
Highlights
- Paulownia and carbon: Paulownia wood core with two layers of Voile Carbon Weave for a light, lively ski.
- TPU sidewall: Continuous sidewall with a partial cap layup adds damping and edge hold.
- Maple mounting patch: Holds screws for aggressive telemark and AT bindings.
- Early rise camber, flat tail: Easy turn initiation in soft snow with a tail that sets skins easily.
- Durable details: Full contact hardened steel edges and an ABS tail protector.
Best For
Skiers looking for one touring ski that handles everything from powder laps on Monarch Pass to firm spring corn in the Sawatch, on tech or tele bindings.
