Black Diamond Storm+

Black Diamond Storm+ Rechargeable Headlamp

The Black Diamond Storm+ is a 750 lumen rechargeable headlamp with a waterproof and dustproof housing, a long reaching spot beam and peripheral flood light. It charges over USB-C and can stay on while it charges.

Why We Carry It

When the plan involves a long night or bad weather, this is the light we want on our heads. It's bright, simple to run with gloves on and sealed up tight.

Highlights

• 750 lumens: A strong, long distance beam for night hikes, descents and route finding.
• Two big buttons: One turns it on and sets brightness, the other switches between low, medium and high.
• Peripheral white light: Even close range light for rigging, cooking and camp tasks.
• Red, green and blue modes: Save your night vision and keep from blinding your partners.
• Mode memory: Turns back on at the brightness you last used.
• USB C rechargeable: Waterproof port with pass through charging, so the light can run while the battery charges.
• Waterproof and dustproof: A tough housing made for storms, spray and grit.

Best For

Alpine starts, night missions and long days that end in the dark, like a predawn skin up Monarch Pass or a late walk out from a climb near Salida.
